By registering for the Bloom Pass, you are agreeing to an auto-renewal subscription, to provide you with uninterrupted access to our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with our auto-renewal subscriptions to ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience for our customers.
1. Auto-Renewal Overview:
An auto-renewal subscription is a convenient way to maintain continuous access to the Bloom Yoga Studio.
2. Automatic Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew each month, on the date of the month of your original purchase, unless you choose to cancel it.
4. Billing and Payment:
You will be billed automatically for the renewal of your subscription on the renewal date, which is based on the day you registered.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid any interruptions in service.
5. Renewal Notifications:
Prior to each auto-renewal, we will send you a notification email to remind you of the upcoming charge, 7 days prior. This email will include details of the renewal, including the renewal date and cost.
You may opt out of auto-renewal by following the cancellation instructions provided below.
6. Cancellation and Refunds:
You can cancel your auto-renewal subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the renewal.
Refunds for auto-renewal charges are subject to our refund policy.

Cancellation Policy for Yoga Membership
At Bloom, we understand that life can sometimes present unexpected changes and challenges. To ensure a transparent and fair cancellation process for our valued members, we have established the following cancellation policy for our yoga membership:
1. Cancellation Timeframe:
Members may cancel their yoga membership at any time.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either through email, in person, or by filling out a cancellation request form available at our studio.
2. Cancellation Notice:
A minimum notice period of 3 days prior to your renewal is required for membership cancellations.
For auto-renewal memberships, members must submit their cancellation request at least 3days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
If a cancellation request is received after the 3-day notice period but before the next billing date, the membership will be canceled, and no further charges will be incurred.
3. Pro-Rated Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle
4. Membership Freeze:
Instead of cancellation, members have the option to freeze their membership for a specified period (e.g., for travel or medical reasons) at no additional cost. Freeze requests should be submitted in writing at least 3 days in advance.
5. Special Circumstances:
In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or relocation, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Please contact our customer support team to discuss your situation.
8. Confirmation of Cancellation:
Members will receive confirmation of their cancellation via email once the request has been processed. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
